The newly completed Willa Levi West - B side of the semi-detached house is now available for rent!

The semi-detached house at Tievankieppi 2 A and B is a high-quality complex completed in autumn 2022.

Willa is wonderfully bright, decorated with natural colours and materials, and has a great location right at the foot of the West point chairlift. You can put on your ski gear in the cottage's spacious hallway and walk straight to the lift queue. Ski trails and snowmobile trails can also be found nearby.

You can enjoy Levi's fell landscape from the dining area, as well as from the large windows that open from the living room. From the windows you can see the gondola and west point lifts and Santa's cottage even over your morning coffee. The bus stop is right next to the cottage and Levi Skibus operates conveniently every half hour between the slopes of Levi and the center of Levi.
Businesses attention, rent includes VAT. The yard area can accommodate even a larger combination vehicle with a trailer. THE COTTAGE IS NOT RENTED FOR PARTY USE!

On the first floor there is a spacious foyer with plenty of space for skiing and ski equipment, even for a larger group. One of Willa's four bedrooms is located downstairs. The bedroom has a high quality 180cm wide bed and very high quality pillows and blankets. The room is wonderfully bright owing to the window down to the floor, but at night the bedroom can be darkened with the help of the blackout curtain. There is also closet space in the bedroom and both cupboards have not only shelf space, but also clothespins.

The living room, dining area and kitchen is the heart of this villa. The kitchen is very well equipped so that you can cook and even bake for a larger group. There is plenty of working space on the kitchen island and you can cook while you see the beautiful fell scenery from the windows. The cooking experience in Lapland cannot get better than this. The kitchen has tableware for 12 people and the cupboards also have a lot of serving dishes for a beautiful table setting. In addition to all household appliances and kitchen utensils, kitchen equipment includes a blender, a waffle iron and electric mixer.

The living room has a wonderful heat-storing fireplace with elevator hatch and firewood is freely available in the Willa's yard. The living room has a 55" smart TV with a swivel wall mount, so you can watch movies dreamily by the fireplace and fold the TV into the background when you don't need it. In addition, there is a large mobile JBL bluetooth speaker in the living room.

There are two convertible sofas in the living room, both with 140cm wide beds. So, if necessary, you can sleep in the living room as well.

Upstairs, in addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the bedrooms have two 80cm beds in all bedrooms. The beds can be separated from each other if necessary, or kept as a double bed. The bedrooms also have clothes racks with bar space, mirrors and bedside tables with night lights. In addition, the windows have blackout curtains, making the sleeping experience especially good.
Two junior mattresses+pillows and blankets and a travel cot+pillow and duvet can be found in the bedrooms in the storage space inside the beds and can be used freely if needed.

Small children are very welcome in the Willa. The stairs have high-quality safety gates both at the top and at the bottom. A high chair and plastic children's dishes can be found for dining. In the bathroom closet you will find a potty, a toilet seat and a standing podium. For an overnight stay, the cottage has a travel cot for the little ones+pillow and duvet. In addition, the cottage has two junior mattresses+blankets and pillows that can fit on the bedroom floor if needed. Upstairs there is a door between the two bedrooms, which allows the bedrooms to be turned into a family room if necessary. In addition, the display cabinet in the kitchen has board games for the little ones and for family moments. There are also a few Lappish-related children's books in the closet to read!

Final cleaning is included in the price of the rent! Pets prohibited.
Guests can use their own sheets and towels and, if necessary, bed linen can be rented at the time of rental. Linen set brought in 15€/person and pre-made 20€/person.
