A large, environmentally friendly chalet next to lit prepared skiing tracks in Ylläs area in Finnish Lapland. The chalet is ideal e.g. for two families with children.

The chalet uses green energy (geothermal energy and green electricity) and it's sustainably built. The building has A-energy classification.

The chalet can be reached also by using public transportation. The location of the chalet enables cross country skiing right from the backyard but also downhill skiing, shopping, restaurants and many summer activities are attainable without using an own car.

For the outdoor activities we can provide e.g. two pairs of snowshoes, two kicksleds, a Fjellpulken Turpulk for one child, toboggans, avalanche safety equipment, GPS etc.

There is also a service building which comprises a carport and a ski service room with forced ventilation to remove the ski wax stink. In the service room is equipment for ski waxing and mountain bike maintenance.
