Mustikkavarpu is a cosy cottage with two apartments close to western Ylläs slopes and ski tracks. Versatile cottage has built in year 2006 and it’s suitable for an active family or for a couple who needs time to relax. It is well equipped from dishwasher, drying closet and washing machine to sauna and fire place. Next to the outdoor is a small lockable cold storage for skies, etc. You can easily park two cars close to the front door and use electric car heater from the wall socket.

In a fifty square meters downstairs you will find the living room and kitchen, separate toilet and washing room with the sauna and bedroom. Upstairs is about 30 sq meters open space where is two beds and possibility for two persons to sleep on the floor on mattresses. There are two gates at the end of stairway for kids safety.

You can bring your own bed linens and towels or rent for it. Also, you can choose to clean the apartment by yourselves or pay 75 EUR to the cleaning company. In both cases, please let us know beforehand.

There are two pairs of snowshoes in the cold storage to go out and get some fresh air or just relax and enjoy warmness from the fireplace. Closest ski track with lighting is only 200m from the cottage. There is possibility to watch TV (finnish channels only) and listen music from sound system in the downstairs.
