A warm, high-quality villa on the own island. There is a a huge scenery over the Lake Pieksäjärvi. The exterior of the villa, completed in 2015, is completely glass, so the scenery opens out magnificently. If the weather is clear and sunny, the sunshine can be admired from sunrise to sunset. There are no neighbors near.

The island can be reached by a car along the road. The distance from the center of Pieksämäki is only six kilometers (3,5 miles). All downtown services, including supermarkets and pharmacies, are a ten-minute drive away.
In the loft of the villa there is a double bed. In downstairs there is an open concept kitchen, a fire place (a bowl), a dining table for four and a sofa bed.
Downstairs the room height is about five meters, the loft at its highest about two meters.

A sauna is heated with fire woods and it has an atmosphere of black sauna. The lake can be viewed in two directions. It is easy to get cooling on a terrace directly from the sauna.

The villa has tiled and heated floors, so the floors are warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

The villa is surrounded by a huge, approximately 60 square meter terrace. On the terrace there is a gas grill. Wide and supporting pedestrian bridges are leading to two piers.


In the yard there is also a fire wood shed and a bio toilet.

Rent a rowing boat, 10 € / weekend, 20 € / week.

From a 10 kilometer distance from the villa in Partaharju there is a freshly-built frisbee golf course (pieksamaenohiheittajat.fi) and the Vedenjakaja mountain bike route (sport.pieksamaki.fi/vjr/). Also various hiking trails in a beautiful and peacefull nature are available. Skiing network, about 25 km, is near the villa (Pieksanlatu.fi)

Villa Runo zu vermieten

Eine sehr gute Villa, im Jahre 2015 erbaut, in der Stadt Pieksämäki in Mittel-Finnland. Die Vermietung ist das ganze Jahr ûber möglich. Eine brillant Landschaft auf dem See Pieksäjärvi. Eine Fassade der Villa ist ganz und gar verglast, das heisst, dass die Landschaft ebenso schön von innen wie von aussen zu sehen ist.

Das Schönste ist der Sonnenuntergang. Weil es keine Nachbarn in der Nahe gibt, kann man in aller Ruhe sein. Mit dem Auto kann man bis zur Villa fahren, weil da es eine gute Zufahrt gibt. Villa Runo liegt etwa sechs Kilometer etnfernt von Pieksämäki. Alle wichtigen Dienstleistungen (z.B. Geschäfte, Apoteke, Ärtzezentrum) befinden sich zirka zehn Minuten Autofahrt entfernt.

Villa Runo ist 33 m2 gross, und da jedoch alles kompakt geplant und aufgebaut ist,
hat man den Eindruck, dass die Villa grössere wäre. Im oberen Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett. Man kann den Schlafbereich einfach ereichen, da man die Treppe einfach auf und ab gehen kann.

In der Villa Runo gibt es eine offene, moderne Küche, einen Holzofen, einen Esstisch von bis zu sechs Personen und ein ausklappbares Sofa. Die Decke des Zimmer in unteren Stockwerk betragt fünf Meter und im oberen Stockwerk maximal zwei Meter.
In der Villa gibt es eine keramik Fussboden mit Heitzungfussboden.

In einer stimmungvollen Sauna mit dunkeln Wänden gibt es einen mit Holz beheizbaren Saunaofen. Der Saunadampf wurde gelobt! Auf der Saunabank kann man die Aussicht auf den Seen bewundern und auf der Terasse kann man sich abkühlen.

Um die Villa herum liegt eine grosse Terasse (60 Ouadrat) mit einem Gasgrill.

Zum Ufer sind zwei grosse Bootssteke zum Schwimmen, Fischer und zum
Genuss der Sonne.

Auf dem Hof gibt es auch ein Biotoilette.

Ein Ruderboot zu mieten 10 € / Wochenende, 20 € / eine Woche.

Die Vermietungsperiode ist mindestens eine Woche.
Der Preis pro Woche sieht man in Nettimökki/ Villa Runo.
